Resolution to the conflict in Death of a salesman

The resolution for Death of a Salesman is that sadly he does end up commiting sucicide through a car crash, but the real thing he was mainly selling was himself to others not any regular object . In the resloution it really doesn't feel like one because he takes the easy way out of life which is the wrong choice to make. I guess that is how life is in the novel.

  1. Firstly it's not a novel. It's a dramatic play write and a good one at that. I want to let you know that the resolution is a result of Willy Loman's suicide*(this is the correct spelling)but his suicide was not a light choice for him to make. Willy Loman had a lot of regret and remorse for the type of man he was, as well as, the type of men both of his sons have become. Willy believed in the American Dream but in his lifetime he was lead to the idea that the this dream was an illusion.
